What is your Shipping Policy?

Most Items ship within 2 to 15 business days after receipt of order. Please note that we do address verification, so please make sure that you properly provide us both the billing and shipping addresses. Orders placed during the Holiday seasons, Large Orders, Custom items, Special Orders and items that may be out of stock might require longer lead times.

If you would like expedited shipping, please make that notation on your order and we will email you a shipping and handling fee. Please understand that items that are oversized or heavy will require additional shipping fees.

What do I do if I have problems with my order?

If you have any problems with your order please contact customer service upon receipt of your item. Our goal is to get our customer's concerns resolved quickly.
