Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 7days of receipt of order for a full refund, minus shipping and handling costs.  We would rather that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, that we will do our best to satisfy our customers. Please contact us for information on returning a product. You will need to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization). All items returned must be in their original package. Items returned without an RMA will be refused and the customer will accept responsibility for all return postage costs. RMA numbers expire after 30 days.

The 7 day return policy does not apply to items that cannot be returned in their orginal condition and cannot be resold.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you immediately with further instructions.

Shipping Policies

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Please note that there could be shipping delays during the Holiday seasons, large, custom, or special orders. If any item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
